Refund policy

Onctueuse Serum products ordered on Onctueuse.co must be returned within 7 days of the order’s purchase date to be eligible for a refund if you experience any adverse reactions. 

• Orders outside of the 5-day return window are ineligible for a Refund but are eligible for Store Credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not refunded in the event of a return
• Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a cancelled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued that can be applied to future orders.
